Tip: The knife and mincing plate grind against each other during use. If you put a new knife on an old, uneven plate (or vice versa), the new part will become dull almost immediately. For best results, we always recommend replacing the knife and plate at the same time.

Instructions
- Disassemble the grinder head and remove the worm gear.
- Place the knife onto the pin at the front of the worm gear.
- Important: The sharp edge must face outwards towards the plate. If mounted the wrong way, the grinder will not cut anything.
- Attach the plate and tighten the locking ring.

Can the knife be sharpened?
