Smo King Grill SMO 0.65 L, 230 V air pump, Starter Set
The Smo King Grill SMO is a cold smoke generator driven by an adjustable air pump. The unit is made from stainless steel and brass with a wooden lid and has a chamber capacity of 0.65 liters. It is designed for use on grills but can also be connected to smoke cabinets and other enclosures. Ideal for smoking fish, cheese, meat and BBQ dishes at low temperatures.

Instructions
- Fill the chamber with dry smoke chips or sawdust, preferably beech chips in the 3 to 10 mm range.
- Connect the hose from the air pump to the smoke generator and route the outlet into the grill or smoke cabinet.
- Ignite the chips at the top of the chamber and start the pump at low speed.
- Adjust the airflow until you get a steady smoke without burning the chips too fast.
- After smoking, allow the unit to cool, then empty and clean the chamber and components.
FAQ
Which wood chips should I use?
For best results use dry beech smoke chips or similar in the 3 to 10 mm size range, such as FUMY smoke chips.
Can I use it with a closed grill lid?
Yes, install the smoke generator outside the grill and feed the smoke inside. This keeps temperatures low for proper cold smoking.
How long does one fill last?
With correct airflow you will normally get up to about 1.5 hours of continuous smoke from a full chamber.
