A 20 g sachet is designed for 200 kg of meat. The culture blends well in cold water and supports safe and predictable fermentation.

Store the culture frozen at all times to maintain full activity.

Tip: Add 5 g dextrose per kilo of meat to feed the culture during fermentation.
