Instructions
- Place the machine on a stable surface and mount the grinder body.
- Insert the worm, the knife (edge facing out), and the plate. Tighten the locking ring.
- Start the machine. If needed, the switch can be set to reverse (stop machine completely first).
- Feed meat evenly using the pusher. Avoid frozen meat and large bones.
- After use: Disassemble and wash by hand. Dry cast iron parts immediately to prevent rust.
