Electric Meat Grinder Tre Spade TC-32 Elegant: The Pro Grinder for Serious Volume
The TC-32 Elegant is the top model among Tre Spade's electric meat grinders, a full size 32 professional machine for hunting teams, farm butchering and serious sausage makers. The 2 HP (1500 W) motor drives the worm at 120 rpm and grinds an indicative 320 kg of meat per hour, a whole animal disappears into portions before the coffee gets cold. Power runs through oil-bath hardened helical steel gears, the same solution as in industrial machines, built to work hour after hour without heat or wear.

The body and ring are tin-plated cast iron, the worm is hot-forged and tin-plated steel, and the self-sharpening knife works against a stainless steel plate. A standard 8 mm plate is supplied, ready for game mince and coarse sausages. The large integrated stainless steel hopper takes big loads of meat at a time, the motor cover is also stainless steel, and the reverse gear function frees blockages without dismantling. When the session is over, the quick disassembly system opens the grinder head for safe, fast cleaning. At 27.5 kg on non-slip rubber feet it stands unshakeable, whatever the pace.
With a grinder that takes 320 kg per hour, the cutting becomes the bottleneck, not the grinding. Set the team up as a small production line: one cuts cold meat into strips, one feeds the grinder, one weighs and packs. That way you use the full capacity, and the meat stays cold all the way from cutting board to vacuum bag.
Features
- Industrial capacity: 2 HP (1500 W) induction motor, size 32 and an indicative 320 kg of meat per hour.
- Built for duty: Oil-bath hardened helical steel gears, a hot-forged worm and a tin-plated cast iron body.
- Efficient workflow: Large integrated steel hopper, reverse against blockages and quick disassembly for fast cleaning.
How to use
- Cut well chilled meat into strips, remove the coarsest sinew and fill the large hopper.
- Start the motor and feed steadily with the pusher. If something jams, stop and use the reverse function.
- Use the quick disassembly after the session, wash the grinder head and parts by hand in hot soapy water and dry well.

FAQ Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the TC-22 Elegant Plus and the TC-32 Elegant?
The TC-22 Elegant Plus has a 600 W motor, a size 22 grinder head and grinds up to 160 kg per hour. The TC-32 Elegant doubles everything: 2 HP (1500 W), full size 32 and an indicative 320 kg per hour, plus oil-bath hardened steel gears and a large integrated steel hopper. The TC-22 covers most hunters and hobby producers, while the TC-32 is the choice for hunting teams and commercial-scale production.
What do grinder sizes 8, 22 and 32 mean?
The number is an international standard for the size of the grinder head and hole plate. Size 8 uses plates of about 62 mm in diameter, size 22 about 82 mm and size 32 about 100 mm. A bigger plate means more throughput and higher capacity, and plates and knives must always be bought in the same size as the grinder.
Why do oil-bath gears matter?
The gears transfer all the motor's power to the worm, and on a grinder meant to process hundreds of kilos they are the most stressed part. Hardened helical steel gears running in an oil bath are lubricated continuously, run smoother and quieter, and handle long sessions without overheating, the same principle as in industrial machines and one of the reasons grinders like this last for decades.
