The Borniak UWDW-70 WiFi is a professional electric smoker combining traditional craftsmanship with smart technology. Featuring a 70-liter stainless steel chamber, automatic smoke generator and full WiFi control via the BorCook app, it delivers precise temperature, humidity and smoke management for both cold and hot smoking of meat, fish, sausages and cheese.

The smoker is equipped with an electronic control panel for precise heat management and energy efficiency. Two independent temperature probes ensure accurate core temperature readings, while the adjustable chimney with damper allows you to regulate smoke density. The interior is made from acid-resistant stainless steel (1.4016) for maximum hygiene and durability. Through the BorCook app you can access recipes, preset programs and real-time remote control from your smartphone or tablet.

Tip: A cold-smoking adapter is available separately for extended low-temperature smoking sessions.
