Meat Slicer Tre Spade D-195 Pro: Professional Quality on a Small Footprint

Compact and reliable professional slicer from Italian Tre Spade, made by FACEM, built for delis, restaurants and small professional kitchens, and perfect at home for anyone slicing their own cured meat. The 195 mm blade is hardened and hard-chrome plated, driven by a 110 W single-phase motor with an internal cooling fan, and the cutting thickness adjusts steplessly from 0 to 15 mm. The sharpening unit is already on the machine.

195 mm hardened, chrome plated blade
Stepless cutting thickness 0-15 mm
Built-in, removable sharpener
Compact pro machine, only 29 cm wide

The frame is die-cast aluminium, while the blade guard, carriage and food pusher are anodised aluminium, hygienic and easy to keep clean. The carriage has an 18 cm stroke with a 19 x 15 cm plate, well sized for cured sausages, smaller roasts and cold cuts. The machine is CE certified with mechanical protections and a reset switch that prevents it restarting by itself after a power cut. At just 29 cm wide, you get professional results without sacrificing the whole bench.

Pro tip for cold cuts!
Slice only what you need for the next few days, and leave the rest of the piece whole. The cut surface is where drying and flavour loss begin, so a whole piece in the fridge keeps far longer than ready-cut slices. With your own slicer it only takes seconds to cut fresh anyway, and fresher than that it does not get.

Features

  • Professional blade: 195 mm hardened and hard-chrome plated blade that holds its edge and cuts evenly through cured meat, roasts and cheese.
  • Precise adjustment: Stepless cutting thickness from 0 to 15 mm, from paper thin slices to thick serving cuts.
  • Safe to use: CE certified with mechanical protections and a reset switch, and a built-in sharpener that keeps the blade sharp.

How to use

  1. Place the machine steadily on the bench, set the desired thickness and put the product on the carriage.
  2. Move the carriage towards the blade in even, calm strokes, and let the machine do the work.
  3. Turn the thickness to 0 after use, unplug the machine and clean the blade, carriage and food pusher before the next session.

FAQ Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the D-195 Pro and the D-250 Pro?

Both are professional machines with the same 0-15 mm cutting thickness and a built-in sharpener. The D-195 has a 195 mm blade, a 110 W motor and a compact 29 cm wide footprint, perfect for home use and smaller kitchens. The D-250 has a bigger 250 mm blade, a stronger motor and a longer carriage stroke, the right choice for whole cured legs and high volume.

Is a professional slicer worth it at home?

If you slice your own cured meat, smoked salmon or roast regularly, it pays for itself quickly. Pre-sliced cold cuts often cost twice as much as whole pieces, and with your own machine you always slice fresh, at exactly the thickness you want. The professional machine's advantage is more even slices, a sharper blade and a motor that handles the job year after year.

How do I clean the machine safely?

Always turn the cutting thickness to 0 and unplug the machine before cleaning. Wipe the blade, carriage and food pusher with hot soapy water and a well wrung cloth, and dry the parts afterwards. The anodised aluminium parts are made for quick, hygienic cleaning.
