The bags are specially designed for external vacuum sealers (machines without a chamber). They perfectly shape themselves around the ingredients, while maintaining an incredibly high mechanical strength and puncture resistance. The plastic used (PA/PE) is extremely solid and can withstand boiling, microwaving, and deep freezing. The vacuum also effectively protects the food against freezer burn that would otherwise quickly occur in the freezer, keeping your catch fresh and juicy for much longer.
Tips for use and reuse
Hardly anything is as versatile as a vacuum sealer! Even though these bags are 80 cm long, you can easily cut them shorter if you only need to pack a smaller piece of fish one day. A small money saving tip: These bags are so durable that they can easily be washed by hand. Let them air dry completely, and you can reuse them multiple times!
