What is the side searing burner used for?
This is a specially made burner that achieves much higher heat than standard burners. It is designed exclusively to give the steak (or other meat) a fast, caramelized crust, sealing the meat juices before you finish grilling it on a lower heat in the main chamber.
Is the gas hose included in the price?
Yes! We want to make it easy for you, so both the gas hose and regulator come pre-packed in the box from Nexgrill. You only need to provide the propane gas.
