We've built the flavor around a base of coarse black pepper and salt, adding authentic hardwood smoke flavor for that "straight off the grill" feeling. To round off the powerful pepper taste, we've balanced the blend with aromatic herbs like rosemary and a hint of Norwegian ramsons. This is a rub that gives your steak a fantastic crust and deep flavor.

Don't be stingy! Massage the seasoning well into the meat 20 minutes before cooking. The sugars in the blend will caramelize with the meat juices to create a dark, crispy, and flavorful crust that keeps the meat juicy inside.
