Can I wash the mincer attachment in the dishwasher?
No, the aluminum parts on this machine cannot withstand dishwasher cleaning. To avoid discoloration and damage to the material, these parts must only be washed by hand.
Is it possible to buy larger or smaller hole-plates?
The grinder uses the industry standard Enterprise-system in size 8, so standard hole-plates and knives for size 8 will fit perfectly if you wish to expand your assortment later.
Why is the reverse function so important?
Especially when grinding tough meat with a lot of sinews, it can happen that the screw becomes blocked. With a reverse function, you can easily back the screw up for a few seconds to loosen the tangle, instead of having to dismantle the entire mincer attachment.
