This fan is designed specifically to fit perfectly into the smoking chamber of both the seventy and one hundred and fifty models from Borniak. It creates an even and carefully controlled airflow that dries all the products in the oven completely uniformly. To give you full control throughout the entire process, the fan can be connected directly to the smoker's control box. This means you can easily monitor and adjust the drying process wirelessly right from your smartphone via the Borcook app.
If you are outside in the autumn or winter when the temperature is low, drying can take a long time. A fantastic trick is to activate the oven's heating element at a low temperature, for example twenty five degrees, while the fan is running. This massively helps the process along. Just remember that the smoke generator should never be connected at the same time as the fan is in the oven.
