Instructions for use
- Fill the trays with an even layer. Avoid placing pieces that are too thick. The flatter the product, the more even and faster the drying process.
- Select the desired program on the machine. Use the standard run for regular food, or Sweet Mode for candy and snacks.
- Start the batch and monitor the process via the screen on the machine or directly on your mobile phone.
- When the entire cycle is finished, the products must immediately be packed airtight (preferably with an oxygen absorber) and stored in a dark place.
