The brilliant thing about the 530 x 325 mm format is that it fits seamlessly into all standardized rack trolleys, ovens, refrigerators, and bain maries. The container tolerates extreme temperature differences and can be moved directly from the cold room into the oven. This specific variant has a depth of 100 mm (approx. 14 liters capacity), making it highly versatile for gratins, meat dishes, and large amounts of side dishes.

Remember that we also sell matching stainless steel lids for all our GN containers! We have both standard flat lids for safe stacking in the fridge, and smart lids with a spoon recess for use in buffets.
