How to use
- Attach the applicator to a worktop (horizontal) or a cupboard door (vertical) using the bracket or by hanging it on the foot. Test the attachment first, especially on delicate surfaces.
- Fit the extension and slide on the required length of netting, or the entire netting. The grooved head makes this easier.
- Remove the extension once the netting is on, or after cutting off the length you need.
- Tie or clamp the end of the netting before filling.
- Hold the netting with one hand, insert the meat or cheese into the applicator, and push the batch towards the tied or clamped end to fill tightly.
- Tie or clamp the other end. For multiple portions, clamp between portions and cut the netting between the clamps.
