Meat netting applicator Premium

Meat Netting Applicator Premium: net ham, roasts and cheese without the struggle

Meat Netting Applicator Premium makes it quick and easy to get netting onto ham, roasts, rolls and cheese before smoking, roasting or steaming. You load the netting onto the tube, push the meat in from one side, and the netting closes tightly around it as it comes out the other end.

The inlet is 130 mm and the outlet 110 mm, so the meat is compressed slightly on its way through and fills the netting tightly. Grooves in the head let you load the whole roll at once, or just the length you need, and the removable extension makes loading easier. The inside is smooth with no edges, so meat residue does not get stuck. Netting is not included.

Features

• Grooved head: Load the whole roll or just the length you need.
• Removable extension: Makes it easier to pull the netting onto the tube.
• Two mounting options: Horizontally on a bench or vertically on a cupboard door, with the bracket or hung by the foot.
• Stable base: Foot with grip points that keeps the applicator in place while you fill.
• Smooth inside: No edges where meat residue can get stuck.
• Food safe: Certified for food contact.

How to use

1. Mount the applicator horizontally on the bench, or vertically on a cupboard door with the bracket or by hanging it by the foot. Test the mounting first, especially on delicate surfaces.
2. Fit the extension and load the length of netting you need, or the whole roll.
3. Remove the extension once the netting is loaded.
4. Tie or clip the end of the netting before you start filling.
5. Hold the netting with one hand, feed meat or cheese into the applicator and push it towards the tied end so the netting fills tightly.
6. Tie or clip the other end. For several portions, clip between each one and cut the netting between the clips.
7. Wash the applicator in the dishwasher, or by hand with mild detergent and a soft sponge.
