Stainless digital smokehouse made in polished stainless steel (1.4016) with precise temperature control up to 150 C and a 70 L chamber with 6 levels. The smoke generator provides steady smoke production for up to 8 hours per refill, and the chimney damper lets you fine tune smoke density.

Usage Instructions

  1. Fill the smoke generator hopper with smoking chips and ensure correct fit.
  2. Place food on the rack or hang it using rods and hooks.
  3. Add water to the water bowl if required and put the drip tray in place.
  4. Set the target temperature on the control panel and start the process.
  5. Adjust the chimney damper to control smoke density during smoking.
  6. After use, let the unit cool down and clean the drip tray and removable parts.
