Usage Instructions
- Fill the smoke generator hopper with smoking chips and ensure correct fit.
- Place food on the rack or hang it using rods and hooks.
- Add water to the water bowl if required and put the drip tray in place.
- Set the target temperature on the control panel and start the process.
- Adjust the chimney damper to control smoke density during smoking.
- After use, let the unit cool down and clean the drip tray and removable parts.
