Set time, temperature and smoke, load bisquettes for up to 10 hours with no refill, and use the dual temperature probes to track internal food temperature and hit your preferred doneness.

How to use

  1. Place the smoker on a stable surface with suitable airflow around the unit and connect to power.
  2. Insert the racks and position food with spacing for airflow.
  3. Connect the temperature probes and insert into the thickest part of the food.
  4. Load the bisquette magazine and choose the wood flavour for your recipe.
  5. Set time, temperature and smoke amount, then start the program and let it run automatically.
  6. When the target temperature is reached, remove the food and rest before slicing.
