Tips from the Chef
For the ultimate result, we recommend mixing the seasoning with a little neutral oil to make a quick marinade. Rub the chicken fillets or a whole chicken well with the marinade before roasting. The cardamom and ginger also provide an incredibly good flavor profile if you use the seasoning in a wok with chicken strips or in a creamy chicken stew.
