High quality natural sheep casing used for wieners, frankfurters and small sausages. The casing is dry salted for long shelf life and should be soaked before use. It provides a natural snap and authentic texture to your sausages.

One 10 meter bundle holds about 2 kilograms of sausage mix. Best suited for wieners, frankfurters, grill sausages and snack-size hotdogs. Casing should be simmered, not boiled, at 80 to 85 degrees Celsius to avoid splitting.

Tip: Soak the casing in lukewarm water for 30 to 60 minutes and flush through with cold water before stuffing.
