The bags perfectly shape themselves around the ingredients, while maintaining an incredibly high mechanical strength and puncture resistance. The plastic used (PA/PE) is extremely solid and can withstand boiling, microwaving, and deep freezing. The vacuum also effectively protects the food against freezer burn that would otherwise quickly occur in the freezer, keeping your meat and fish juicy for much longer.
