Trollvac Textured Vacuum Roll 15 cm (2x6 m)

Trollvac Textured Vacuum Roll 15 cm (2x6 m): Cut the Bag to Exactly the Right Length

Ready-made bags never fit everything. With a vacuum roll you cut the bag to exactly the length the food needs: seal one end, fill, and vacuum as usual. This pack contains two rolls of 6 metres, 12 metres of roll in total in 15 cm width. The roll has an embossed pattern that creates air channels, so regular home vacuum sealers can draw out all the air, and it is made in durable 90 micron quality that withstands long freezer storage down to −25 °C and sous vide up to 70 °C.

The 15 cm width suits sausages and small items. The roll means zero waste: a short bag for the rest of the sausage, a long bag for a whole fillet, all from the same roll. The texture makes the roll work in every machine, from edge sealers like Lava to chamber machines, and with two rolls in the pack you always have one in reserve.

Features

• Zero waste: You make the bag exactly the right length, with no bag offcuts and no oversized bags.
• Complete air extraction: The embossed pattern creates channels that lead the air out, so home sealers get a fully tight vacuum.
• Handles heat and frost: The roll withstands sous vide up to 70 °C for up to 2 hours, and protects against freezer burn during long storage down to −25 °C.
• Strong 90 micron quality: The thickness makes the bag resistant to bone splinters and sharp edges.

How to use

1. Cut the desired length from the roll with scissors or a knife.
2. Seal one end in the machine, so you have a tight bag.
3. Fill the bag, keeping the edge clean and dry where the seal will sit.
4. Vacuum and seal the other end, and label the bag with contents and date.
