This is the flagship of Borniak's Classic series, designed for extremely accurate temperature control up to 120 degrees Celsius. The integrated WiFi module lets you monitor and control the entire process from the BorCook app on your phone. For hot smoking, you mount the smoke generator directly on the cabinet to provide both heat and smoke. When you want to cold smoke, simply connect the included adapter and hose. This moves the heat source out of the smoker, ensuring the smoke is perfectly cooled before it envelops your food.

Whether you are hot smoking or cold smoking, airflow is important. Always make sure to keep the adjustable chimney on top of the smoker slightly open. This releases moisture from the ingredients, ensuring the smoke stays clean, dry, and of the highest quality!

How do I switch between hot smoking and cold smoking?
It is incredibly simple! For hot smoking, you attach the smoke generator directly into the wall of the cabinet itself. For cold smoking, you remove the generator, attach it to the cold smoke adapter instead, and connect the adapter to the cabinet via the aluminum hose. This keeps the heat from the embers out of the smoker.
How long does the smoke generator run before it is out of chips?
The generator's hopper gives you approximately eight hours of continuous operation and smoke development before you need to refill with more Fumy wood chips. This gives you plenty of time, even for long smoking sessions.
Is the smoker difficult to use for beginners?
Not at all. With the built-in WiFi feature and the BorCook app, you control the smoker right from your phone. You set the desired temperature and time, fill up the generator with wood chips, and the smoker takes care of absolutely everything else.
