Pepperoni Seasoning

A spice blend for pepperoni style sausage. The flavour profile is built around paprika, garlic, pepper and fennel, giving a classic pepperoni character for cured sausages and sausages with a bolder profile. Recommended dosage is 12 to 15 g per kg mince, or to taste.

Tip: This blend is also great as a small flavour boost in Vienna style sausages or cooked sausages. Use about half the dosage, or slightly less, for a more balanced result.
