Instructions
- Remove the locking ring, plate, and knife from the grinder head (we recommend inserting a spacer plate).
- Thread the desired sausage funnel into the locking ring from the inside, so the flange rests against the ring.
- Screw the locking ring with the funnel securely onto the grinder head.
- Carefully thread the casing onto the funnel (remember to soak the casing first).
- Start the machine and fill the casing evenly.
FAQ
Do these fit TC-22 or TC-12?
No, these are specially adapted to the large diameter of the TC-32 grinder head. You need separate sets for the smaller models (TC-22 and TC-12), which we also carry.
Can they be washed in a dishwasher?
Yes, they are made of robust plastic that is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend a thorough rinse immediately after use to remove fat and meat residue before it dries.
Do I have to use a spacer plate?
You don't have to, but we highly recommend it. Without a spacer plate, the knife and mincing plate must be left in, which means the finished paste gets cut a second time. This can result in a poorer texture for the sausages.
