The steam juicer consists of a water container at the bottom, a juice collection container in the middle, and a top container with a perforated bottom for the fruit. The hot steam causes the fruit to release its juice, which is collected and can easily be siphoned directly into warm bottles or jars using the smart silicone hose. If you want to use it as a steamer, simply place the fruit basket directly over the water container.
With the included hose and clamp, you avoid dangerous spills with hot liquids. Hook the hose to the handle during cooking, and open the clamp when you are ready to siphon the juice directly into clean containers.

FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to juice berries and fruits?
For soft berries like strawberries and raspberries, it normally takes 20 to 30 minutes from when the water boils and the steam rises. Slightly harder berries like blackcurrants require 30 to 40 minutes, while hard fruits like apples and pears (cut into pieces) take 45 to 60 minutes.
How do I convert it into a steamer?
To steam food, such as vegetables, simply remove the middle juice collector. Place the perforated fruit basket directly over the water container at the bottom, put the lid on, and boil the water.
