This specific specialty bag is delivered in 90my. This provides an optimal balance where the bag perfectly shapes itself around long ingredients, while maintaining an incredibly high mechanical strength and puncture resistance. The plastic used (PA/PE) is extremely solid and can withstand boiling, microwaving, and deep freezing. The vacuum also effectively protects the food against freezer burn that would otherwise quickly occur in the freezer.
