Instructions
- Attach the desired nozzle (thin for wiener/lamb, thick for bratwurst/salami).
- Tilt the cylinder back and fill with cold meat farce. Press the meat down well to avoid air gaps.
- Slide the casing onto the nozzle.
- Set the speed to "Slow" and press the foot pedal.
- Guide the sausage with your hands while the machine feeds the meat. Release the pedal to stop.
