Thanks to the innovative quick-release fastener for the mincer attachment, the machine is extremely fast to assemble before use, and even easier to take apart for cleaning when the job is done. Both the housing and the worm screw are made of high-strength cast aluminum, keeping the weight down to just 4.7 kg without compromising on durability.
The machine comes with a 24 mm sausage hopper, so we highly recommend checking out our selection of fiber casings, collagen casings, and wonderful spice blends so you are 100% ready. Tip: We also sell loose extra knives for this machine, which is brilliant to have lying around as a sharp spare during large processing sessions!

FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
Can the parts be washed in the dishwasher?
Since the mincer housing and worm screw are made of cast aluminum, these parts must only be washed by hand with warm soapy water. A dishwasher will damage and oxidize the aluminum. The stainless steel hole plates, however, are dishwasher safe.
How does the quick-release fastener work?
The quick-release is a smart locking mechanism on the motor housing itself. Instead of screwing the entire mincer attachment tight, you simply twist it into place and lock it with a quick click, saving you a lot of time during assembly and cleaning.
Can I buy spare parts or extra knives?
Absolutely! So you can enjoy the machine for many years, we sell both extra knives and other accessories right here in the webshop. That way, you can always replace wear parts as needed.
