The Foodstuff Customer Club is a free membership program for customers who want extra benefits when shopping with us. As a member, you earn bonus points on every purchase and get access to exclusive offers, campaigns and new product launches.

By joining the Foodstuff Customer Club, you consent to being contacted via email, SMS or similar channels with information about member benefits, campaigns and relevant offers from Foodstuff.no.

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to others. You can easily sign up via the registration link or directly from any product page in our online store.
As a member of the Foodstuff Customer Club, you earn bonus points every time you shop with us. To collect points, you must be logged in to your account at the time of purchase.
Earning points: For every Norwegian krone spent, you earn 0.1 point.
Redemption: When you have accumulated 1000 points, you can exchange them for a discount code worth NOK 100, which can be used at checkout on your next order.
Your points balance and redemption options are available on My Account.
On My Account, you can see your current points balance, the value of your points in Norwegian kroner and redeem points for discount codes. Once generated, the discount code will be visible to you and added to the shopping cart, ready for use on your next purchase.
When you join the Foodstuff Customer Club, a user account with access to My Account is automatically created.
The purpose of My Account is to give you simple and efficient control over your membership. Here you can:
For purchases to be registered as member purchases, you must be logged in when ordering. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is correct and up to date. You can update your details at any time via My Account.
When using Klarna Checkout, address information is retrieved by Klarna based on your email address and previous purchases made with Klarna. Changes made in My Account will therefore not automatically be reflected in Klarna Checkout.
Your email address is the primary identifier for your membership. If you complete a purchase using a different email address in Klarna Checkout, the order will not be linked to your existing membership account and a new customer profile will be created.
You can cancel your membership in the Foodstuff Customer Club at any time. Cancellation can be done via the unsubscribe link in newsletters, through My Account or by contacting our customer service.
After cancellation, you will no longer receive member communications or marketing related to the Customer Club. Membership history and accumulated bonus points are deleted upon cancellation and cannot be restored if you choose to rejoin at a later time.
