Tip: When stuffing sausages with a meat grinder, we recommend removing the knife and using a sausage filling spacer plate. This prevents the meat paste from being re-ground and ensures better texture for the sausages.

Instructions
- Prepare the grinder: Remove locking ring, plate, and knife. (Optionally insert spacer plate).
- Place the sausage funnel inside the locking ring so the flange rests firmly against the ring.
- Screw the locking ring with the funnel securely onto the grinder head.
- Thread the soaked casing onto the funnel.
- Fill the casing evenly while holding back slightly with your hand to avoid air pockets.
FAQ
Do these fit TC-22 or TC-32?
No, TC-12 has a smaller grinder head diameter. These funnels will be too small for TC-22 and TC-32, which require separate sets.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes, the plastic is dishwasher safe. However, ensure they don't get loose and touch heating elements. Hand washing is often recommended to ensure all internal grease residues are removed.
Why isn't a 30mm funnel included?
TC-12 is a smaller grinder, and 30mm sausages are less commonly made on this size. 10mm and 20mm cover the vast majority of needs for the home sausage maker with this machine.
