User Guide
- Mount the grinder head to the motor unit and ensure the retaining ring is tightened securely.
- Place the meat on the tray and use the pusher to feed meat into the grinder. Do not use your fingers.
- After use, disassemble loose parts for cleaning. Dry cast iron parts (body, screw, ring) thoroughly immediately after washing to prevent rust.
- It is recommended to coat the cast iron parts with a little food oil before storage.

Can the parts be washed in a dishwasher?
No, the tinned cast iron parts must be hand washed and dried immediately. Only the stainless steel parts (hopper, cover) are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish.
What does the warranty cover?
The product comes with a 10-year warranty covering parts and service for manufacturing defects. The gear (safety clutch) is a wear part not covered if it breaks due to misuse (e.g., bones in the grinder).
