Electric Meat Grinder Tre Spade TC-8 Young: Fresh Mince Without the Arm Work
The TC-8 Young from Italian Tre Spade is made for the enthusiast and hobby cook who loves fresh mince, homemade burgers and genuine sausages. The single-phase asynchronous induction motor of 300 W grinds up to 60 kg of meat per hour, far more than you will ever manage to stuff. The body, worm and ring are tin-plated cast iron, just like on the classic manual grinders, while the plate and knife are self-sharpening stainless steel that keeps its edge by itself.

The grinder is a size 8, the same standard as the manual grinders, and comes with a 6 mm hole plate that suits mince, burgers and most sausage types perfectly. Other hole sizes are available as spare parts, so you can grind coarse for chorizo and fine for wieners. The hopper and base are durable, hygienic plastic that is easy to keep clean, and at 9.5 kg the machine stands firmly on the bench while it works. The induction motor has internal cooling and is built for steady running, session after session.
Grind the meat twice for sausages and burgers: first through a coarse plate, then through a fine one. That gives an even texture without mashing the meat. And keep everything cold, ideally put the meat in the freezer for half an hour first, cold meat cuts cleanly while lukewarm meat smears and turns the mince mushy.

FAQ Frequently asked questions
Should I choose an electric or a manual meat grinder?
It comes down to volume. A manual grinder is cheaper and fine for smaller portions, but takes arm work and a free hand for feeding. The TC-8 Young grinds up to 60 kg per hour
