This product stands out with its incredible concentration. The recommended dosage is only 8.0 grams per kilo of meat batter. This means that one 1 kg bag is enough for a massive 125 kg of finished sausage, providing a very low cost per kilo of meat product. The blend is delivered as a coarse powder that distributes evenly in the batter.
Since the dosage is so low, the blend does not contain enough salt to fully preserve or season the sausage on its own. Remember to add approx. 15-18g of salt per kilo of meat in addition to the spice mix for optimal flavor.
