Concentrated liquid smoke for adding smoke flavour to food without a smoker or smokehouse. Ideal for meat, fish and cured products where you want clean and controlled smoke aroma.

Tip: Apply several thin layers instead of one heavy spray. Let the product rest cold between layers to dry and set the flavour.

How to use

  1. Salt the product as usual (dry rub or brine). Rinse and let it dry.
  2. Place on a tray and spray around the edges. Apply a thin layer on top.
  3. Spray until the surface is moist, but not dripping.
  4. Let it rest cold to dry.
  5. If vacuum packing: allow extra resting time to let flavour distribute before freezing.
  6. Smoke bath: Mix 2–2.5 tbsp liquid smoke per litre of water. Submerge and let it rest overnight.
  7. Do not wipe off after the bath—let it air-dry cold.
